The mission of Leadership Sullivan is to develop informed and committed leaders from all segments of the community who will apply their collective experience and skills to serve, strengthen and improve the quality of life for all people who live and work in Sullivan County.
The Leadership Sullivan Program is a platform that expands leadership potential of participants through: educational programs designed to broaden individuals knowledge of the County, improve communication skills, and increase organization and problem solving skills. The program provides an opportunity to thrive in a culture that allows for the advancement of yourself, in addition to the well-being and advancement of those around you. $975 — Payment Due by August 31, 2025
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the Leadership Sullivan program requires a commitment to the following:
• Mandatory Overnight Retreat: Begins the morning of September 15 and ends the afternoon of September 16
• One Full Day Session per Month: Sessions run from September through June
• Time Commitment: 8 to 10 hours per month, including session attendance and preparation
• Class Project: Participation required. Additional time may be needed for planning and group collaboration
• Graduation Banquet: Evening event held in June
• Attendance Policy: Total absences may not exceed 12 hours without written approval
SUPPORT SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE
If you are in need of tuition assistance, support sponsorships are available for participants with demonstrated financial need.
