Tuesday, May 20: "A Passion for Service" Customer Service Seminar.
Customer Service Expery Bill Drury will speak on topics such as "Who Signs Your Paycheck" and "Creating a Vision for Service". Two of the same sessions will be held throughout the day. Session one: 8:30 am - 11:30 am and Session Two: 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm. Both sessions at Sullivan County Community College.Sponsored by Sullivan Hospitality.
