WHAT IS THE HOSPITALITY PROGRAM?
Sullivan Hospitality is a multifaceted program of the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce, designed to focus on hospitality/customer service as a way of enhancing business Sullivan County.
THE VALUE OF YOUR SULLIVAN SMILE:
When a customer (or client) comes into your establishment, they want to be treated warmly, attentively and efficiently. Many of those who do not receive a "hospitable reception" will not return.
There is a financial and marketing value to hospitality in general and to Sullivan Hospitality certification in particular. A percentage of potential visitors will go to your establishment because it is certified. Displaying Sullivan Hospitality material has a value. So do displays of your Sullivan Smile!
MISSION STATEMENT:
Sullivan Hospitality's mission is to make Sullivan County known again for its beauty, activities, businesses and hospitality towards all those who reside in and visit Sullivan County.
This will be accomplished by working with businesses and members of the community to increase hospitality/customer services awareness to a level that ultimately creates a new hospitable way of life within Sullivan County.
