County among individuals in business and to further enhance programs or services of the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce, in regard to its scientific, educational and charitable purposes.

HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Scholarship Program
The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce Foundation will award a $500.00 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who resides in Sullivan County, NY and plans on enrolling at
Sullivan
County
Community
College
.
Application Eligibility Requirements
· Students who are high school seniors residing in Sullivan County, NY and graduating in the spring of 2011.
· Students who will study a business and/or technical related major at
Sullivan
County
Community
College
.
· Students must be legal residents of
Sullivan
County
.
Application Deadline and Submittal Information
Scholarship applications will be received by the Sullivan County Chamber Foundation up to but no later than 5:00 pm on June 1, 2011. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the sender.
Applications can be submitted by email, regular mail, courier or personal delivery. Faxed applications will not be accepted. Applications shall be submitted to:
